Lead Baker

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, Hours are 11:00am-730pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position includes a shift and weekend differential.

Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! Help provide leadership and direction to bakery staff. As a Lead Baker, you'll have shifts that overlap with all baking staff to ensure job functions and duties are being completed and the products that are produced are meet standards.

We are seeking a Lead Baker to:
* Provide oversight, preparation, and production of bakery items.
* Be responsible for specialized bakery products that require a greater skill level, such as artisan and custom items.
* Place necessary orders and manage inventory of bakery items.

Qualifications

No minimum education Required

Culinary training Preferred

High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred

Work Experience

3 years food production/bakery experience; including 18 months bakery experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

ServSafe Certification within first 6 months of employment Required
