Kids Are Our Everything. Department 10015 Information ResourcesPay Range $103,812.80 - $173,035.20 The Associate Analytics Developer supports health plan operations. This role partners with operational, clinical, financial, and technology teams to transform complex healthcare data into actionable insights, dashboards, and reports supporting claims, membership and eligibility, provider operations, utilization management, care management, appeals and grievances, and regulatory reporting. The ideal candidate will have health plan or payer experience, strong analytical and technical skills, and experience working with Epic Tapestry and related Epic reporting and analytics tools. The Epic Associate Analytics Developer role serves as a reporting resource for the Epic Cogito application and is responsible for building and managing reporting across the enterprise. This individual analyzes, provides specifications for, and writes reports for assigned applications to support the needs of the Epic project team, leadership, and other end users/ stakeholders. This role has responsibility for reporting system support and maintenance, analysis, design, and change control of all components used to build and manage assigned reports, metrics, queries, extracts, dashboards, and other reporting tools. Responsible for validating existing foundation system reports and identifying and producing custom reporting content, optimization, and performance enhancement opportunities. Minimum EducationBachelor's Degree In a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience (Required) Minimum Work Experience 2 years Two years of experience in the creation and maintenance of reports and visualizations. (Required) Required Skills/Knowledge Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI. Experience with relational database concepts, querying and analyzing data using SQL Ability to identify basic problems and procedural irregularities, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Good verbal and written communication skills, communicate complex findings in a clear and understandable manner Good facilitation ability to host sessions and elicit ideas from others, understanding their issues and encourage group participation Attention to detail. The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children's National believes an individual's base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children's National compensation philosophy.
