POSITION SUMMARY: The Product Support Engineer serves as the primary technical liaison between customers, sales and service organizations, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams. This role is responsible for supporting TLD Ground Support Equipment (GSE) products throughout their lifecycle by resolving complex technical issues, leading root cause investigations, supporting product improvements, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Product Support Engineer combines hands-on troubleshooting with engineering analysis to improve product reliability, support global service organizations, and provide feedback that drives continuous product innovation.
