Partner with vendors, internal teams, and management to address procedural questions and support effective solutions. Review and interpret legal and banking documents for accurate internal processing. Perform activities across multiple systems, business lines, and product areas while following applicable laws and regulations. Support compliance requirements and complete additional operational duties as assigned. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking services operations, financial services operations, or a closely related clerical/administrative environment. What Sets You Apart: Associate's Degree. Minimum 3 years of office experience. Attention to Detail Critical thinking Efficiency.
