It provides direction and coordination to develop and implement evidence based programs and services that produce measurable improvements that affect patient safety. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have an active New Jersey RN license and a minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing, DNP or PhD in nursing strongly preferred. A minimum of 5 years of recent nursing leadership within acute care setting including strategic planning, performance improvement, policy development, research, analytics, benchmarking and report writing. is required, preferably within a large health system or academic medical center. Pediatric experience is required.
