Through our comprehensive Masker Certification Program, you'll receive hands-on training and develop specialized skills in precision masking, product inspection, and advanced coating processes. What You'll Do As a Masker I, you will play an important role in preparing customer products for the parylene coating process. During your first 6 to 12 months, you'll learn the skills necessary to become proficient in masking, demasking, inspection, and other manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include:
