Through our comprehensive Masker Certification Program, you'll receive hands-on training and develop specialized skills in precision masking, product inspection, and advanced coating processes. What You'll Do As a Masker I, you will play an important role in preparing customer products for the parylene coating process. During your first 6 to 12 months, you'll learn the skills necessary to become proficient in masking, demasking, inspection, and other manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include: Masking and demasking customer products according to detailed specifications Following work instructions, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards Inspecting your work to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements Using small hand tools, microscopes, and other precision equipment Cleaning and preparing products and surfaces for processing Assisting with packaging, shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities Inspecting, cleaning, refurbishing, and reassembling coating fixtures as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures when required Supporting additional production activities based on business needs Career Growth Opportunities We believe in investing in our employees' success. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required SCS Reading Comprehension Assessment may be accepted in lieu of a GED Skills & Abilities Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to perform precision work using small tools and equipment Ability to distinguish between the colors red, orange, yellow, blue, green, and violet Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods Ability to meet visual acuity requirements with or without corrective lenses Work Environment Depending on the assigned work area, employees may: Work in a cleanroom environment Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) Follow cleanroom hygiene and contamination-control procedures Operate precision measuring instruments and record results Handle products and materials in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements Why Join Us?
