Role: Staff Accountant Reports to: Accounting Manager Program: 9003-Finance Department: Admin Location: Arlington Administration - 2116 Arlington Ave., Suite 100, Los Angeles, CA 90018 Setting: 100% Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm Status: Full-time/Non-Exempt/Non-Management Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 Summary: The Staff Accountant is responsible for performing and supporting daily accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end and year-end closing activities. The position assists with financial reporting, audits, and analysis while ensuring accurate and timely financial records in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures. The Staff Accountant works collaboratively with internal departments and maintains a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Work Environment: The Staff Accountant works primarily in a professional office environment and regularly uses a computer, accounting software, Microsoft Office applications, and other standard office equipment. The position requires frequent interaction with accounting staff, management, and other departments. The work environment is generally quiet to moderately active, with occasional periods of increased workload and deadlines, particularly during month-end, year-end, and audit periods.
