Responsibilities Peraton is seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to lead our global tax provision and financial reporting functions. In this role, you will serve as our subject matter expert on ASC 740, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant quarterly and annual tax disclosures. * Candidates must reside within the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and be available to travel to the Reston, VA office on an as-needed basis. Other responsibilities include:
Partnering closely with corporate accounting, treasury, FP&A and external auditors to manage complex tax positions, valuation allowance assessments, tax accounting for M&A and uncertain tax positions.

Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
