Job Title: Business Analyst III Duration: 9 months ( Possibility of Conversion/ Extension - Based on Perfomance & Business Needs) Location: Hybrid; 3 days on-site, 2 days work from home Address: 1313 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities: building organizational framework, provides analytical and project management support for strategic initiatives within the Cobrand Credit Card business, ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, leverages tools such as Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint to document requirements, track project progress, manage workflows, and facilitate collaboration. How much time is being spent in meetings: 80% of the day Who are they interacting with (internal/external) Both Must Have Hard Skills: 1.) 5-7 years of experience as a BA in banking and financial- required 2.) Agile capabilities- JIRA and Confluence 3.) Proficiency in Microsoft 365- Word, Outlook and Excel Soft Skills: 1.) Exceptional communication skills- written and verbal 2.) Ability to work independently 3.) Problem solving skills Nice to Have: 1.) Credit card business and knowledge 2.) Agile certifications Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background: 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably within the banking, financial services, or credit card industry, supporting strategic initiatives and process improvements.
