Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Agentic AI Developer/Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing AI systems that exhibit autonomous behaviour and decision-making capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising AI models that can operate independently and adapt to dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI models with agentic capabilities, focusing on autonomy and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Deep understanding of Models, and experience in model development and MLOps.
- Experienced in Agentic AI, RAG, MCP, Tools, Memory, etc.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in agentic AI technologies.
- Frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, ADK or CrewAI, Languages: Python or Java, Protocols: A2A, MCP.
- Models: AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.
- Governance, debugging, monitoring, evaluation, etc. AgentOps.
- Implement machine learning algorithms and frameworks to enhance agentic behaviour.
- Optimise AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Agent Evaluation, Security, Performance, Governance Policies, Explainability, Audit, debugging, Monitoring, Observability.
- Test and validate AI systems to ensure they meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Document AI development processes and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- Proven experience in AI development, with a focus on agentic systems.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning and autonomous systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with natural language processing and computer vision.
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI development.
