General Summary: Join our team as a PRN Respiratory Care Practitioner, where you will independently provide specialized, evidence-based respiratory care to adult patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. You will assess, treat and manage respiratory disorders using advanced therapies, including medical gas administration, aerosol treatments, bronchial hygiene techniques, airway management and invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation. Working alongside physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals, you will develop individualized care plans, draw and interpret blood gases, monitor patients' responses to treatment and provide emergency respiratory interventions when needed. You will also serve as a clinical resource and support staff orientation, training and the education of respiratory therapy students. Minimum Qualifications:

Salary Range: Minimum 48.00/hour - Maximum 48.00/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
