Graduate School Job Description
The Prestigious Fellowships and Grants Specialist works with, and reports to, the Director of Postdoctoral Education and Scholar Support to design and implement programming to support graduate students seeking external funding. The Specialist will coordinate programming at all levels of postdoctoral and graduate education, including contributing to Mizzou's GradEssentials workshop series, working with faculty and staff to create custom programming for classes and programs campus-wide, and providing individual consultations for postdocs and graduate students seeking external funding. They will work closely with campus colleagues in the Office of Global and National Fellowships, the MU Writing Center, The Connector, and beyond. M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
PhD preferred, experience applying for external funding Anticipated Hiring Range
