Principal Responsibilities Responsibilities primarily involve mechanical engineering design, modeling, and drafting of new and derivative versions of interior furnishings and wire harnesses as part of outfitting new Gulfstream business aircraft. Preferred Skills Ability to convey technical concepts in both written and verbal formats. Strong interpersonal skills. Display maturity and a high level of professionalism. Proven leadership skills on-campus or in a previous work atmosphere. Previous internship experience a plus. Education and Other Requirements Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in one of the following disciplines: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in the following: Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Must be available to work on-site in Savannah, GA during the Summer 2027 semester, beginning in May 2027. Rotation Requirements: Juniors - 2 rotations; Seniors & Graduate Students - 1 rotation. Minimum duration: 12-14 weeks (summer); 14-16 weeks (spring and fall). Must be onsite; this is not a remote position. Must have reliable transportation. This job requires one to be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
