| Position Summary |
The Project Manager oversees integrated projects from initiation through completion, leading cross-functional teams spanning integrated media, creative, and marketing. The Project Manager is responsible for project direction, facilitating kick-off and milestone meetings, and ensuring alignment with divisional priorities. This position works closely with the Assistant Vice President and Chief of Staff and the Senior Portfolio Manager to set checkpoints, allocate resources, and develop and execute integrated marketing and communications plans that achieve the division's mission and strategic goals.

Project Management:
- Manage marketing and communications projects from intake through completion.
- Develop project timelines, work plans, and production schedules.
- Coordinate workflows among writers, designers, web developers, photographers, videographers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project status, identify risks, and implement solutions to ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership and project teams to set agendas that establish effective and efficient use of time and resources to support institutional priorities.
- Ensure regular reporting of outcomes to supervisor for the purpose of analytics and strategic planning.
- Work closely with senior integrated directors to ensure project goals are being met and that division resources are being appropriately utilized.
- Attend weekly editorial, production and content planning meetings to further understanding of division workload and bandwidth.
- Participate in internal reviews of assets prior to sharing/presenting.
- Develop and refine workflows that improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Manage approval processes with project partners and stakeholders.
* Use cloud-based application software tool to efficiently organize and plan project workflows and task assignments. Stay current with tools and systems to ensure maximum efficiency. |
