SUMMARY The Treasury Management Sales Officer Lead is responsible for leading a team that will generate fee income by providing skilled and knowledgeable assistance to clients seeking or needing treasury management solutions. The Treasury Management Sales Officer Lead works closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to assist with the Treasury Management Sales team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has supervisory responsibilities. The role of the Treasury Management Sales Lead will be to focus on leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of Treasury Management Sales Officers to meet and exceed performance targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and uphold service quality standards. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training associates; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or 3 - 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. COMPUTER & SOFTWARE SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Excel Spreadsheet software Word Processing software.
