Taxable Entity ALUTIIQ SOLUTIONS LLC Job Title Operations Manager Location SC North Charleston DOS FOMS - North Charleston, SC 29405 US (Primary) Category Project Management Job Type Full-time Typical Pay/Range TBD Education Associate Degree Travel Up to 25% Security Clearance Required: TS POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS): The Operations Manager oversees the contractor's labor force and deploys resources-tools, materials, and parts-to ensure all contract requirements for comprehensive facility support (CFS) are met. This role manages day-to-day O&M activities for large facilities, coordinating staff and resources to ensure efficient, safe, and quality service delivery. Resource and Labor Management: * Direct, schedule, and dispatch staff and resources to meet contract requirements. * Authorize use of materials, manpower, and equipment. Service Delivery Oversight: * Ensure contract and task order compliance through active supervision and reporting. * Identify and address operational challenges proactively. Stakeholder Engagement: * Interface with client representatives to ensure consistent and responsive service. * Implement best practices and organizational improvements. Working Conditions: * Mix of office and field work; may require overtime or emergency response.
