Your Role, Your Impact
- Develop scalable HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement talent management initiatives and drive employee engagement.
- Ensure reliability in HR operations, compliance, and process improvement to minimize risks.
- Champion innovative HR practices that enhance workforce productivity and adaptability.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning across teams to build organizational capability.
You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in large-scale or matrixed organizations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience of 2 years of applying California legislation knowledge required
- 3 ormore years of Labor Relations/Union experience

- Salary Range: $125,000-$140,000
- This role is also eligible for Railroad Retirement Plan.
