The Systems Integration Engineer plays a key role in coordinating the design, integration, and continuous improvement of FuelCell Energy's commercial power plant systems. This position works across engineering disciplines and operational teams to ensure plant-level design changes, product enhancements, documentation, and corrective actions are technically sound, well-coordinated, and effectively implemented. The role requires a systems-oriented engineer who can connect detailed component-level work to broader plant performance, reliability, manufacturability, installation, commissioning, and service outcomes. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Electrical Engineering considered. Experience: 3-7 years of progressive product design or sustaining engineering experience involving skidded or packaged mechanical process equipment. The ideal candidate will bring:
Environment: This role is primarily based in a professional office environment and includes collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, service, and field teams. Occasional field work may include inspections, ladder climbing, walking, standing, bending, reaching, and light lifting.
