We are TUV SUD. Account Executive - Compliance Services Join TUV SUD and help customers navigate complex compliance requirements through tailored testing, inspection, and certification solutions. Working alongside technical experts, you will drive business growth by delivering value-added services across EMC, RF/Wireless, Product Safety, Cybersecurity, and related compliance disciplines. Your Tasks Expand the customer base within your assigned territory and achieve established sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development and deal closure. Identify customer needs and recommend solution-based service packages from TUV SUD's compliance portfolio. Prepare quotations and proposals using CRM tools while maintaining accurate sales records. Follow up on opportunities and quotations to maximize conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Conduct client visits and engage with engineering teams developing products requiring testing and certification. Collaborate with technical experts to deliver customized compliance and market access solutions. Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Experience within the Test, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) industry or laboratory-based product testing environment. Knowledge of product compliance standards and testing disciplines such as EMC, RF/Wireless, Product Safety, or Global Market Access. Proven ability to support or sell testing, certification, and compliance-related services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong customer relationship-building and business development capabilities. Additional Information Travel may be required for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities. Experience with medical device regulations, project management, and market access requirements is considered an asset. The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000-$100,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include an annual bonus target, subject to eligibility and other requirements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
