About the Team

Our Global Partner Initiatives team informs and empowers the Salesforce partner ecosystem through innovative, inspiring, and engaging programs. Our team brings unique perspective and expertise to our roles and we share a common curiosity and desire to constantly improve our partners' experience with Salesforce. You'll join a team that is passionate about driving focused partner engagements that win hearts and minds and fuel growth, trust, inspiration and success for our partners and customers.

Role Overview

The Partner Engagements Sr. Specialist will focus on leading the operational planning, hands-on content execution, and follow-through for global virtual and in-person Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables, as well as supporting the day-to-day operational processes of our team.

In this role, you will bridge event logistics with end-to-end content coordination-managing speaker slide decks, formatting partner communications, maintaining content repositories, and ensuring all materials adhere strictly to Salesforce brand guidelines and messaging standards.

This position requires exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills as you will work closely with multiple internal teams across Salesforce, managing operational timelines, stakeholder reviews, and outside agency deliverables. You must possess excellent project management skills, outstanding attention to detail, experience coordinating high-visibility event content, and a desire to contribute to our best practices and operational playbooks that drive the delivery of world-class Global Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team player who is excited by the challenge of helping the team deliver content-driven partner engagements in an ever changing environment.

Responsibilities:

Logistics & Program Execution

  • Support and lead the operational execution and project tracking for partner-facing programs both virtual and in-person.

  • Coordinate event logistics including registration setup, venue contracts, back-end virtual platform set up, entertainment, meeting space planning, timelines, onsite event execution, tracking budgets, collecting debriefs, and distributing surveys.

Content Coordination & Management

  • Content & Presentation Support: Coordinate the collection, formatting, and review of presentation decks (Google Slides) from internal stakeholders and external speakers, ensuring visual consistency and brand compliance.

  • Communications Execution: Draft, edit, and schedule pre/post-event communications for our attendees and stakeholders, including partner invitations, agenda briefs, and follow-up emails.

  • Agenda & Asset Management: Assist team leads in building session agendas, managing digital assets, and organizing content repositories for event materials.

  • Playbook & Process Maintenance: Help maintain and update operational playbooks, SOPs, and content templates to support repeatable partner programs.

Stakeholder Support & Operations

  • Collaborate across organizational boundaries, liaising with internal subject matter experts and team leads to keep content reviews and project timelines on track.

  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors on content production, creative assets, and event deliverables under the guidance of program leads.

  • Assist with tracking budgets, processing vendor invoices, and organizing contracts.

  • Consolidate post-event survey data, slide engagement metrics, and feedback into summary reports to help the team continuously improve the partner experience.

Skills/Experience:

  • 5+ years of project management, event coordination, content support, or communications experience.

  • Experience working with partners or within a B2B technology environment preferred.

  • Content & Communication Skills: Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation formatting skills with a high degree of proficiency in Google Slides and Google Docs.

  • Project & Detail Management: Exceptional project management skills-highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative Execution: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with global cross-functional teams and maintain positive stakeholder relationships.

  • Service-Focused: Proactive and service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to supporting internal stakeholders and partner needs.

  • Technical Proficiency: High aptitude for learning new tools and software. Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce platforms.

  • Flexibility & Travel: Flexible schedule to accommodate global time zones, with the ability to travel to event locations globally 20-40%.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
