Primary Purpose
Validates contract terms and coordinates with internal teams to confirm transaction details. Contributes to operational accuracy and compliance, ensuring timely and reliable support for trading activities. Duties and Responsibilities * Validates contract language against master agreements and market standards. * Coordinates with traders and risk analysts to confirm transaction details in ETRM platforms. * Updates contract lifecycle events in systems such as SAP or Allegro. * Identifies and resolves discrepancies in confirmations and settlement instructions. * Prepares daily and weekly reports on contract status using BI tools. * Supports negotiation of minor amendments under guidance from senior staff. * Ensures compliance with ISO/RTO market rules and internal governance policies. * Provides clear explanations of moderately complex contract provisions to stakeholders. * Performs other duties as assigned. | |
