About You


You are a person who is passionate about continuously improving reliability and performance of software products and applications. We need someone who has experience in developing test plans, creating and executing test cases, scripts, plans, procedures, and creating policies & standard procedures on these functions. In the role of SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring SQA Team Members. The SQA Testing Team Lead will track quality assurance metrics to ensure the CXM IT Systems support the organization's operations function properly and the SQA Team is operating effectively and to their optimal ability.

About The Position



  • Leading the SQA Testing Team by providing guidance and contributing to the development of the SQA strategies and best practices.
  • Design, implement, and maintain quality assurance plans including, but not limited to, validation procedures, test plans, and test cases.
  • Work with and effectively communicate with SQA Team Members, Technical Business Analysts, System Analysts, Developers, Configuration Analysts, Internal and External Clients.
  • Define testing strategies to ensure product(s) meet necessary standards.
  • Collaborate with Teams to ensure SQA integration with the full SDLC when/where appropriate.
  • Monitor SQA team velocity and capacity to recommend workload and implement adjustments as needed.
  • Perform analysis related to solution design, requirements/specifications/other technical design documents, development, testing, maintenance, and support for interfaces and systems; monitor corrective actions.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
  • Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.
  • Monitor debugging process results.
  • Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities, and open defect counts.
  • Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies


Minimum Requirements:



  • 3+ years' work experience as a software testing lead.
  • Proven work experience in software testing.
  • Proven work experience in software quality assurance.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and people at the same time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to successfully perform job functions with minimal supervision.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Personal traits -- high level commitment, team orientation, professionalism, and integrity.

  • All work on all positions at Signature Performance must be completed in the continental United States, Alaska, or Hawaii.
