Requisition Summary
The Senior Lead interior Industrial Designer is responsible for providing concepts, design and oversight for the Interior programs and projects including advanced technology projects and subprojects through production. Presentations and delivery of product visions to internal and external customers. Closely collaborates with Engineering, Digital Modeling teams and the Clay Modeling staff to ensure the design intent is captured in both digital surface models and physical model properties through all phases of the design and product creation process. Leverage Artificial Intelligence to maximize productivity. Highly skilled and knowledgeable in industrial design and product development initiatives with the expertise and experience in the creative and technical aspects of a product's design from concept through production. Reports to the Chief Designer informally daily with weekly formal design reviews with the Design Director as required. Close collaboration with the Exterior design team to optimize holistic design solutions. Job Responsibilities
