Job Description
Summary The Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life is seeking a dynamic, student-centered professional to serve as the Coordinators of Fraternity & Sorority Life. The position will function as a full-time professional staff member focusing on supporting the developmental needs of chapter leaders and volunteers. The University of Missouri Fraternity & Sorority community consists of 54 inter/national Greek letter organizations; IFC (32 chapters), MGC (3 chapters), NPHC (8 chapters), PHA (14 chapters). The approximately 9,800 fraternity and sorority community members represent 41% of the undergraduate campus population. Thirty percent of the fraternity and sorority community live in chapter houses owned and operated by individual chapter corporation boards. This position will report directly to the Assistant Director of Fraternity and Sorority Life within the Division of Student Affairs. This position is responsible for chapter support as well as community-wide programming. Essential Functions This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
As with all positions, other duties and responsibilities are expected to enhance and maintain our departmental and Student Affairs mission. Shift
Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position will require evening and weekend hours supporting activities and programs within the department. Occasionally division and campus projects may require additional hours outside of your normal schedule. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary. Preferred Qualifications
Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $19.25 - $28.85 per hour, paid on a biweekly basis. Application Materials
