Facilities Planning and Development. Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a professional analyst supporting capital planning, institutional facilities reporting, financial analysis, and enterprise system data integration for Facilities Planning & Development. The position coordinates and validates multi-campus data, prepares and manages key reporting deliverables, supports development and implementation of reporting frameworks and methodologies, and facilitates business operations and compliance activities to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely institutional reporting and decision support. 40 hours a week Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, public administration, or a related field is required. Three years of professional experience in financial analysis, institutional reporting, capital planning, or related analytical/administrative functions is required. Experience must include working with complex data, preparing reports, and coordinating across multiple stakeholders or units. Experience with Trimble Unity project management system, or others is preferred. Must process a valid State of Missouri driver's license. Anticipated Hiring Range
