Position Summary:
The International Case Coordinator will conduct patient intake, facilitate new patient orientation and serves as the primary point of contact for a less complex International patient caseload. Accountable for managing all aspect of the coordination of care process, patient financial responsibilities and navigating BCH international patients and their families through the BCH experience from admission to completion of care in accordance with institutional policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:
Education: High School diploma/GED is required. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum Two years of experience working in health care, customer or language services, hospitality is required. International Business, Healthcare, or related field is preferred. Second language strongly preferred. International life experience and experience serving an international clientele in a work environment. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
