The Vice President & General Manager provides strategic leadership, operational direction, and business oversight on a global scale. This executive is accountable for driving commercial success, operational excellence, financial performance, and organizational effectiveness while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives. The VP & General Manager develops and executes growth strategies that expand market presence, enhance customer value, and deliver sustainable business results. Working cross-functionally, this leader fosters collaboration across commercial, operational, financial, and support functions to accelerate execution and achieve organizational goals. This role is responsible for optimizing business performance, leading transformational initiatives, and building a high-performing, engaged workforce. The VP & General Manager drives accountability, promotes a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, and ensures the effective deployment of resources to maximize profitability and long-term value creation.
