Are you a driven Quality Engineer looking to make a measurable impact in automotive manufacturing? Join a growing team where you'll lead quality improvement initiatives, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and play a critical role in driving product excellence from launch through production.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and other quality tools.
  • Support APQP, PPAP/ISIR, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on defect reduction, scrap reduction, and process optimization.
  • Serve as a key quality contact for customers, suppliers, engineering, and manufacturing teams.
  • Support new product launches, engineering changes, and production improvements.
  • Manage customer concerns, containment activities, and corrective action plans.
  • Develop and track quality metrics to improve operational performance.
  • Support internal and external audits while ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards.



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP/ISIR, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and AIAG Core Tools.
  • OEM or Tier 1 automotive experience.
  • Supplier Quality and Customer Quality experience.
  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement expertise.
  • Experience supporting new product launches and NPI activities.
