Salary Range: $ 25,000 - $27,500 per academic year. Compensation will be commensurate upon experience and qualifications. Summary This 9-month .5 FTE position is set to begin January 2027. The assistant teaching professor is expected to teach approximately 12 credit hours of undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in nutrition and sports nutrition each academic year (lectures and labs); mentor undergraduate and graduate students in and outside of the classroom, engage with partner organizations; participate in both internal and external professional service activities; and demonstrate collaborative interests and collegiality in all aspects of university and community engagement. Candidates with expertise in the areas of nutrition, exercise science and other affiliated fields are encouraged to apply. Applicants should possess good interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in English.
