What You Will Do

Forescout has an excellent opportunity for an engaging and employee-focused Salesforce Admin / Developer to join our high-energy, multi-cultural, world-changing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • The Salesforce Admin / Developer will be responsible for configuring and developing standard and custom solutions in Forescout's Salesforce environment.
  • They will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the functionality, security, data and application integrity and performance of the application while working as part of our Salesforce team.
  • They will provide guidance to functional project team on the capabilities of Salesforce to support functional requirements and recommend best practices for configuration to meet those requirements. They will also estimate the level of effort to complete configuration tasks.

What You Bring to Forescout

  • Configuration of standard and custom Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform tools.
  • Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and support tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate Access Control, Change Management and SDLC policies.
  • Review and coordinate all configurations, enhancements and application installations.
  • Work with business and project teams to identify root causes of production issues and configure solutions.
  • Work with IT and business project teams to analyze complex business problems and provide guidance on how to best implement the solutions in Salesforce.
  • Contributes to cross-functional projects that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications.
  • Research system issues, identifying root causes and driving resolutions.
  • Perform quarter/on demand environment refreshes (Prod to Stage, Dev).
  • Monitor, audit & cost optimization of Salesforce and connected apps usage (licenses cost).
  • At least 6 years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • At least 4 years of Salesforce production support experience.
  • At least 2 years of Salesforce Development experience.
  • Understanding of Sales and Support processes.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce application administration (Lightning, custom objects, reports, workflows, assignment rules, Process Builder, Flows, Data security model etc.).
  • Understanding of Salesforce Apex and VisualForce.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple cross-functional projects and deadlines.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Agentforce.
  • Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench).
  • Experience with Atlassian products, Jira, Confluence.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and declarative development tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce Cloud experience a plus.
  • Must have Salesforce Administrator certifications.
  • Must have Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder a plus.
