Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Looking for Case Assembler jobs in Southfield where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

• Minimum 1 year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English

• Assemble enclosures and related components according to work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipment
• Inspect and modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and quality
• Follow assembly processes, procedures, and production schedules
• Operate material handling equipment and machinery safely
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
• Work overtime when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Case Assembler.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
