- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using hand tools and light power tools safely and effectively
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Job Duties
- Assemble enclosures and related components according to work instructions
- Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and testing equipment
- Inspect and modify parts as needed to ensure proper fit and quality
- Follow assembly processes, procedures, and production schedules
- Operate material handling equipment and machinery safely
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
- Work overtime when required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
- Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
- Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
- Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Case Assembler.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
- Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
