Schedule:Monday - Friday | 1st Shift

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional training in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or inventory management is a plus.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow operational procedures and work instructions.


Experience Requirements



  • 1-3 years of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, inventory control, or operations experience.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, order picking, and inventory management.
  • Forklift experience preferred; certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a regulated, quality-driven, or manufacturing environment is beneficial.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and material tracking processes.
  • Experience using inventory management software, barcode scanners, and ERP systems.
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to assist in equipment breakdown, packaging, and material handling activities.
  • Valid driver's license with a safe driving record preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to changing operational needs.


Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and use hand and power tools.
  • Manual dexterity for packaging, inventory transactions, and system data entry.
  • Ability to work in both climate-controlled and non-climate-controlled warehouse environments.


Job Duties



  • Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Receive, store, transfer, and manage inventory while maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliations.
  • Support shipping, receiving, reverse logistics, returns processing, and material flow activities.
  • Operate forklifts, order pickers, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Build shipping crates, protective packaging, and prepare materials for transportation.
  • Assist with equipment decommissioning, product breakdown, and material recovery projects.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and 5S workplace organization standards.
  • Create and maintain operational documentation and work instructions as needed.
