Schedule:
- 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 7 AM - 3:30 PM
- 2nd Shift | Monday - Frday | 3:3 PM - 12 AM
- Saturday as needed

Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or industrial technology is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
Experience Requirements
- Electrical experience required.
- Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment is beneficial.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with wiring, soldering, cable assembly, or electronic assembly.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
- Basic math, measurement, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn new processes and adapt to changing production needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Capabilities
- Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds as needed.
- Manual dexterity to handle small parts, wiring, and electronic components.
- Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, for detailed inspection and assembly work.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Job Duties
- Inspect electrical and electronic components using schematics, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Perform wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet production goals while ensuring quality standards are achieved.
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
