Technical training in electrical systems, electronics, or industrial technology is a plus. Ability to read schematics, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Experience Requirements Electrical experience required. Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or electronics experience preferred. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment is beneficial. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with wiring, soldering, cable assembly, or electronic component assembly. Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills. Basic math and measurement abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand or sit for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to lift and carry up to 30-40 pounds as required. Manual dexterity to handle small components, wiring, and assemblies. Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, for detailed assembly and inspection work. Ability to wear required PPE and work safely in a manufacturing environment. Job Duties Inspect electrical and electronic components using work instructions, schematics, blueprints, and drawings. Perform wiring, soldering, cable assembly, and mechanical assembly tasks. Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic testing equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and workmanship. Follow all safety, quality, and production standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Meet production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members to support efficient manufacturing operations.
