Location: Jonesboro, AR

Pay Rate: $29.18 - $33.96 per hour

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday - Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.



Experience Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of tool and die repair experience preferred
  • Experience repairing and maintaining metal stamping dies required
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical repair skills
  • Ability to operate grinders, mills, lathes, and other tool room equipment
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and precision measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship


Job Duties


  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain metal stamping dies and tooling
  • Perform preventative maintenance on dies and tooling equipment
  • Diagnose tooling issues and reduce production downtime
  • Fabricate, modify, and repair tooling components as needed
  • Inspect tooling for wear, damage, and performance concerns
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Partner with production and maintenance teams to improve tooling reliability
  • Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Toolmaker.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
