Ready to take your admin skills to a place where they actually shine? As a Node Operator, you'll keep the team organized, projects on track, and the vibe positive. You stay cool under pressure and make productivity look good.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
• Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

• Check drivers in and out using a mobile application
• Assist drivers with fuel fill-ups when needed
• Verify and update driver information accurately
• Provide clerical and administrative support as assigned
• Maintain organized records and documentation
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines

• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
• Ability to communicate effectively with drivers and team members
• Occasional walking and light lifting as needed
