Location: Rogers, AR

Pay Rate: $19.60 per hour

Schedule: 11 PM - 7:30 AM | Sunday - Thursday | Overtime as needed

Education Requirements



  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.



Experience Requirements



  • Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
  • Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation.
  • Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.
  • 1 year minimum machine operator experience in industrial/production environment


Job Duties



  • Measure raw materials before processing and then hold parts to quality specifications while performing in-process audits during cycle runs.
  • Follow established procedures for running and checking the grind lines to ensure all systems are operating correctly.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot moderate to complex problems on centerless grinders, infeed robot cell, and chamfer robot cell in an efficient, timely manner to maintain output and produce parts to specifications
  • Read and understand blueprints and be able to resolve issues related to the quality specifications provided.
  • Separate, identify, and report nonconforming product from good product and document accurately on the provided paperwork and in the reporting system.
  • Perform daily housekeeping responsibilities and perform routine machine maintenance



Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred.
  • Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Grinder Operator.



Physical Capabilities



  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 33 pounds.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
  • Controlled temperature and dust collection system in the work environment
  • Safety Equipment to be worn: Safety glasses and safety shoes.
  • Gloves when necessary
