The Director of Quality and Outcomes Management is responsible for supporting the design and implementation of evidence based clinical processes with high reliability. The Director oversees the Department's use of clinical databases and healthcare analytics to provide data support for quality and performance improvement initiatives. The Director coordinates the Department's resources to ensure meaningful, reliable information is collected, analyzed and reported in a manner that provides transparency in key metric performance and clarity in identifying improvement opportunities. This position assumes operational management oversight for clinical quality improvement and can champion high reliability concepts to achieve strategic goals. The Director is responsible for leading continuous process improvement projects that will achieve better healthcare value and quality, and improve operational, financial and clinical efficiencies. The Director serves as an internal consultant to management, staff and physicians in the areas of process and outcome improvement, organizational development, change management, performance monitoring, statistical analyses and communication of process improvement. The Director provides expertise in successfully applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean management. He/she serves as a project designer, facilitator, and technical expert for teams working on major, complex performance improvement initiatives. The Director acts as a change agent to foster and support a process improvement culture throughout the organization. Essential Duties

The annual base salary range for this position is $114,650.00 - $189,172.00.
