About the Opportunity

This hands-on opportunity allows you to be instrumental in enhancing the efficiency and reliability of cutting-edge systems, optimizing complex technical workflows, and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted service delivery for transformative products that redefine industries. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the operational integrity of systems that drive innovation and set new industry benchmarks, directly impacting how the world experiences advanced technology.

What You'll Do

• Immerse yourself in live operational workflows, meticulously shadowing and documenting dependencies and system interactions to gain a comprehensive understanding.
• Analyze and map intricate technical processes, proactively identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies that hinder optimal performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Development Operations, Infrastructure, and Engineering, to drive the streamlining and improvement of critical workflows.
• Develop clear, concise process documentation and formulate actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Effectively communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to diverse audiences, including both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Exceptional technical documentation and analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:
  
  
  
  • Windows workstation support
  • Real-time operations or command-center environments
  • TCP/IP networking or systems administration
  • Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting
  
  
  
  

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience working in an Operations Center or equivalent 24O7 support environment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
• Comfort collaborating effectively with Development Operations and Infrastructure teams.
• 5+ years of relevant technical experience.
