Salary: The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience, while also considering internal equity. Position Summary The Associate Director, Health Career Tech Hub, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Health Career Tech Hub; develops and manages strategic partnerships; coordinates program implementation; monitors performance, outcomes, and grant deliverables; and supports continuous program improvement. The position ensures that Health Career Tech Hub activities align with the priorities of the National Center for Rural Health Professions at the University of Illinois College of Medicine Rockford (NCRHP), the Illinois Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) goals, and grant requirements, as well as broader statewide efforts to build and sustain a strong rural healthcare workforce. Working collaboratively with a variety of statewide stakeholders and community partners, the Associate Director advances sustainable career exploration, workforce readiness, and educational opportunities for future health professionals.
