What You'll Do

• Develop Client Partners to establish trusted, peer-level relationships with senior leaders at client organizations, broadening our presence across various functions and departments.
• Equip the team with a deep understanding of our competitive advantages to confidently pursue and win complex opportunities.
• Implement disciplined pursuit strategies to engage new high-value clients and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing accounts.
• Cultivate a mindset of curiosity and continuous learning within the team to refine how we position our services and create client value.
• Take ownership of the P&L, maintaining a clear focus on profitable growth and delivering long-term client value.
