This role is based in Jacksonville, FL (on site). Join a collaborative team that values safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. As a Material Handler, you will play an important role in ensuring materials, products, and supplies are accurately moved, stored, and delivered to support manufacturing operations.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Load and unload tank trucks, railcars, ISO tanks, and raw material containers while ensuring safe and efficient material handling.
  • Perform blending operations according to established formulas, procedures, and quality specifications.
  • Package finished products and prepare materials for shipment to customers and off-site warehouse locations.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Collect product samples and support quality control activities to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete production, inventory, shipping, and quality documentation while maintaining compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and company standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support efficient site operations.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
  • Experience with bulk loading and unloading operations, including tank trucks, railcars, or ISO tanks.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and operating instructions.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and moving materials throughout the shift.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, GMP, or other quality management systems.
  • Experience with inventory management systems, SAP, or warehouse management software.
