Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned Director of Facilities to lead the Housekeeping and Engineering operations of our luxury hotel in Westchester County, NY. This dynamic leader will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, property condition, preventive maintenance, safety, and operational efficiency. The Director of Facilities will play a critical role in protecting the hotel's physical assets, enhancing the guest experience, and fostering a culture of service, quality, safety, and accountability. For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $120,000.00- $125,000.00 annually; for applicants who will be working in New York, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 annually.
