For a limited time MaineHealth is offering a $10,000 Sign on bonus for all eligible Registered Nurses with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for Registered Nurses with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!

• Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part time RN position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:45 a.m. - 5:15 p.m. (flexible); No Weekend commitment, no weekend or on call requirements.

MaineHealth Medical Group is seeking a compassionate and patient-centered Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Internal Medicine team. This outpatient role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with adult patients while supporting preventive care, chronic disease management, patient education, and care coordination.

As a key member of the care team, the RN will work collaboratively with providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care and promote positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities will include patient triage, blood pressure checks, medication education, medication management, and providing ongoing support and education to patients regarding their health and treatment plans.

This position offers a predictable daytime schedule, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of patients across the continuum of care.

Summary:

The Registered Nurse - Care Manager - Ambulatory - MCH role serves as a team member of the primary care practices and is responsible for the delivery of care through the process of nursing assessment, planning and implementation. This role performs responsibilities within the scope of practice and functions as liaison with the care team to facilitate care coordination.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. .
2. License/Certifications: Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required. Current BLS Certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date. Completes anticoagulation management certification within one year of hire.
3. Experience: Two years of RN experience preferred.

The pay range for this position is $37.09to $50.17 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions isdeterminedon a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
