Supervises Schedulers and/or Secretarial staff in assigned clinics;; coordinates office activities for assigned department. Acts as a liaison between Staff, Physicians and other hospital personnel, as well as physician offices and patients. Provides service adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

REQUIRED:
1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Two (2) years experience as a Scheduler or other related experience. 3. One (1) year of supervisory experience in healthcare or related environment. 4. Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology. 5. Demonstrated experience in the use of a computerized scheduling system and related trouble-shooting, maintenance, and repair activities. 6. Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
PREFERRED:
1. Two (2) years computer-related college coursework. 2. Two (2) years of business administration/secretarial science. 3. BA/BS in business or related field (Women First) 4. BOC Certified (A Woman's Place)
