We are hiring a Union Pressman in Cincinnati! This position will be on 2nd shift (2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.) after an initial training period on 1st shift. Key Responsibilities

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. This apprenticeship is structured as a two-year program with six-month incremental reviews and pay adjustments, progressing from $25.00 to $27.00, to $29.00, and then to the final union wage of $33.76 USD annually. Pay adjustments are contingent on job performance, attendance, and other job-related criteria. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate's location, experience, and other job-related factors.
