Site Industrial Quality Manager

• Lead scalable quality assurance strategies across site operations, ensuring compliance with global standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, production, and supply chain teams to embed quality at every stage.
• Implement robust reliability processes, proactively identifying risks and driving root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Champion innovation by introducing advanced quality tools and digital solutions to optimize manufacturing performance.
• Promote a culture of knowledge sharing, mentoring teams on best practices and regulatory requirements.

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing quality management.
• Proven experience managing large teams (direct people management) in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proven qualification and experience in special processes.Knowledge of safety-critical manufacturing processes such as welding, riveting, and other special processes.
• Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001), Lean Six Sigma, and root cause analysis methodologies.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills to drive change and inspire teams.

• Achievement of delivery timelines and alignment with strategic quality goals.
• Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
• Reduction in defects, improved process efficiency, and swift resolution of quality issues.

In accordance with New York State pay transparency requirements, the anticipated annual salary range for this position is$100,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be based on factors including experience, education, skills, and qualifications. This salary range reflects base pay only and does not include bonus opportunities, incentive compensation, or other benefits.
