This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite on Campus and remote. Under general supervision, applies professional knowledge and experience to develop, implement, evaluate, and deliver mindfulness-based education, teacher training support, and health and wellbeing coaching programs for campus and community participants. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), and health coaching methodologies, the incumbent develops curriculum and instructional materials, facilitates group courses and workshops, provides individual coaching, supports teacher training and certification activities, and evaluates program effectiveness. The incumbent conducts participant needs assessments, recommends program enhancements, collaborates on outreach and course planning efforts, and promotes health and wellbeing programs to diverse populations.
