Position Title: CNC Operator
Wage: $20.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 5:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Thursday) Great opportunity for an experienced CNC Operator in Monticello, IA looking for steady work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn and cross-train. CNC Operator Responsibilities: - Operate CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications and blueprints - Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T - Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, ID gauges, and other precision measuring tools - Load and unload materials and finished parts weighing up to 50 lbs - Complete production and quality documentation - Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all PPE requirements Requirements for CNC Operator: - Previous CNC operating experience required - Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T - Experience with micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other machinist measuring tools - Strong attention to detail and quality - Ability to stand, walk, and bend for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs - Willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple areas IND091 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
