What You'll Do



  • Lead and oversee the entire product creation lifecycle for athletic apparel, specifically focusing on dynamic categories such as Tennis, Pickleball, and Padel, catering to athletes from elite professionals to everyday enthusiasts.
  • Champion product and design reviews, ensuring every concept aligns perfectly with strategic business goals and deeply understanding diverse consumer needs.
  • Forge strong collaborations with cross-functional powerhouses including Design, Technical Development, Merchandising, and Sports Marketing to guarantee seamless product development and impactful market launches.
  • Represent the core product vision in crucial strategy check-ins and cross-functional meetings, ensuring successful execution and alignment across all teams.
  • Craft compelling visual tools and presentations that influence and align design, merchandising, and geography partners, bringing the product narrative to life.
  • Act as a pivotal influencer, cultivating a positive, collective spirit and fostering a 'one team' environment that spans across all functional areas.
  • Master the art of navigating ambiguous situations, creating clear, actionable paths forward that empower the cross-functional team to achieve ambitious product goals.

What You Bring

Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • Minimum of 6 years of dynamic experience in product-related roles, demonstrating progressive responsibility and impact.
  • Proven track record of product management success, driving products from concept to market.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity and influence.
  • Highly organized with an impeccable attention to detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of product development.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving prowess, particularly within the fast-paced context of product management.
  • Sharp business acumen coupled with strong strategic thinking abilities, capable of foreseeing market trends and opportunities.
  • A heightened awareness and deep understanding of the women's fashion and performance industries, including competitive landscape analysis.
  • A genuine passion for women's products and a desire to innovate within this space.
  • A proven ability to positively influence and build strong relationships with internal and external partners.
